Business register
Law No 530/2003 Collection of Laws on Business Register and amendments within some of the Laws Decree issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic under No 25/2004 C.L. providing samples of the application forms for filing in the Business Register and the list of documents to be submitted with the application forms for registration under Decree No 563/2004 C.L. and Decree No150/2007 C.L.
The new legal procedure envisages submission of the electronic forms for filing in the Business register.
