7.3 Obtaining of non-recurring financial resources

Besides the possibility to obtain the sources from the investment stimuli described above, there are also rules regulating the provision of the state aid for the enterprisers accepted in Slovakia. This state aid has two sources :

non-refundable grants from the state budget – current conditions allow to finance tourism investments, to support the implementation of quality management systems and environment improving technologies

non-refundable grants from the European sources co-financed from the state budget – currently make possible to support similar sectors as in case of state supports

The state allowances, marked as support de minimis, depend on annual allowances in the section of the Ministry of economy, but for the years 2005 and 2006 no financial allowances were assigned.

Finances from resources of the European Union are budgeted in a current programming period for the years 2004 – 2006, during this period it is possible to obtain the support only on the basis of pooling to present projects which are enounced by the ministries or the state agencies in their scope. Currently, the pooling exposure for solving the energetic requirements of the enterprisers and for the support of commercial tourism is counted with.
