Section 01, 02 and 05 include actions
aimed at management and influence upon biologic processes using soil, water
and climate conditions.
Sections 10 - 14 include extraction minerals intended for further
processing.
Sections 15 - 37 are referred to the category D and include
processing of raw materials both extracted and produced in agriculture and forestry.
Actions aimed to produce new products, but, as a rule, also actions aimed at
renewal of consumer qualities of the produced goods except for the following
actions:

Repairs and maintenance of consumer commodities and household appliances 52.7 Industrial and domestic wastes are recycled to solve the problems of insufficient raw materials stock,
lower power-consuming processing and to solve the environmental problems. Actions related production and utilization of secondary raw materials belong to Section 37.
Section 40 contains
production of electric power generated from water, heat, nuclear and other power stations including distribution to consumers;
production and distribution of gas fuel, natural gas blends; natural gas production
is referred to Section 11; and,
production and distribution of steam and hot
water for heating and other purposes.
Section 41 includes collection, treatment and distribution
of drinking and service waters to all types of consumers. Draining of waste
waters and protection from the harmful action of water belong to Section 90.
Construction Section 45 includes all types of activity aimed
to construction of tailor-made building objects, their repair and maintenance.
Trade ( Sections 50, 51, 52 ) business dealing with exchange
of commodities is divided into wholesale trade, i.e. purchase and sale of commodities
intended for subsequent sale or processing and retail trade selling of consumer
goods to the ultimate consumer. Wholesale mediators and activities of storing,
cooling and packing belong to trade activity as well.
Section 50 is a separate
section focusing trade ( wholesale and retail ), maintenance and repairs of
vehicles and retail trade in fuel.
Retail trade ( Section 52 ) includes selling of new and second
hand commodities for personal use and household needs. Selling of typewriters,
paper goods, dyes or timber belongs to retail trade as well. Usually, selling
of cereals, ores, oil, industrial chemicals, iron, steel and industrial machinery
and equipment does not belong to retail trade. Repairs of goods for personal
consumption and household appliances belong to this Section too.
Section 55 covers different services of lodging and catering.
Hotels, hostels, boarding houses, motels, dormitories of the universities/colleges,
restaurants, coffee shops, canteens at the factories belong are referred here.
Transport ( Section 60, 61, 62, 63 ) does not distinguish between
passenger and freight transport as in practice it is difficult to separate these
services. Such support services as storing and transhipping belong to this Section.
Tourist agencies are considered as transportation intermediaries and referred
to the category of transport. Rent of transport ( any type ) with a driver is
considered as transportations.
State and private mail and messenger services ( Section 64 ) cover
collecting, transportation and delivering of correspondence and parcels. Telecommunications
( Section 64 ) includes transmission of sound, image, data or other information
by telephone, telegraph or telex connection.
Section 65, 66 and 67 includes funds raising and redistribution
except for compulsory social insurance ( 75.30 ).
Section 70 includes selling, purchase and use of own and leased
real estate. Selling of land and grave places belongs here.
Section 71 implies lease of machinery and equipment without
maintenance staff to individuals and legal entities. Lease of machinery with
maintenance staff is referred to services provided with this machinery ( e.g.
rent of transport vehicle with a driver refers to the transportation services
and etc ).
Section 72 data processing, IT consulting as well as maintenance
and repairs of office equipment and computers.
Research and development ( Section 73 ) includes of general
and applied researches aimed at practical use and development of prototypes.
Section of other trade services ( 74 ) covers different actions
favouring development of trade or services. They are, for instance, legal services
and advocacy, business advice, accounting, market and public opinion research,
promotion and advertising, engineering and related technical services (including
land-surveying and development), recruiting agencies, guard services for property
and individuals. Cleaning services include cleaning of all types of buildings,
including cleaning of floor, furniture, furnaces and services of disinfection.
State administration ( Section 75 ) covers activity state authorities,
representative offices, customs, local self-governments and others that secure,
for instance, management and functioning of the tax system, statistic services
of different levels, management of economic, public health, educational, cultural
and court systems, the system of compulsory social insurance, military and civil
defence and others.
Education ( Section 80 ) includes private and state educational
institutions of all types' foremost dealing with preparing for employment. It
also contains preschool education (if it is not about week nursery school, where
the social part prevails - 85).
Public health ( Section 85 ) includes out-patient and hospital
patient care institutions, including sanitary services for human body care,
cosmetic services applying medical equipment and natural treatment.
Besides public health Section 85 covers ambulatory and hospital
veterinary services, including diagnostics for animals. Social care for children,
elderly people and disabled persons is also referred here. Medical care is provided
as extra service in these establishments. Charitable activity belongs here as
well.
Section 90 includes collection, disposal and recycling of hard
wastes, draining and treatment of waste waters, maintenance of sewage system,
streets, roads and other public utilities for urban and rural areas.
Section 91 covers activities of civil unions.
Section 92 includes activities of men of arts and culture favouring
development of consciousness and culture of people as well as other activities
in the sphere of entertainments and sports.
Personal services (laundry and dry-clean of garments and other textile goods,
hairdressing services and cosmetic services and etc.) belong to Section
93 if these actions are provided by independent entities or business
individuals. When these services are delivered by the staff of the household
services they belong to Section 95 - household services with
home workers. Section 99 includes activity of transnational organizations.
